Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier:

• Simply browse the Books section; click on any book that you wish to buy; and add it to the shopping basket. You may Continue Shopping and repeat for other books in the catalogue.
• When satisfied with your selection, proceed to Checkout where you will be asked for your payment and delivery details to complete the order.
• We accept credit card payment online via a secure payment process operated by a third-party merchant service.
• If you wish to pay by pro-forma invoice, please contact our Sales Department via the Contact us link

  We are unable to process credit card information received via phone, fax, or postal mail.

 Delivery Schedule

 We aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days.

 We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

 Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

 Shipping (Post & Packing)

 Shipping (post and packing) charges will be automatically added to all orders, based on the weight of the item and the destination.  All UK orders are despatched by First Class mail. All overseas orders are despatched by Airmail or equivalent courier service.

 Security

 We do not retain credit card details after the transaction is processed.

 Returns

 Any goods that are damaged or defective on receipt may be returned, within 7 days, for free replacement.  Please Contact us before returning any goods.

 Credit Terms and Conditions

 Credit terms, other than offered by our merchant service, are by pre-arrangement only. Standard terms for settlement are complete payment within 30 days of invoice date. Delay in payment beyond theses standard terms may affect future credit arrangements.

 Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the information on this site is accurate, standard E&OE terms apply.

 Refund Policy

 Private individuals have the right to return goods within 7 days if not entirely satisfied.  The above Terms and Conditions do not affect any consumer statutory rights that may be prevalent in the United Kingdom at the time of the transaction.
